An official meeting was held at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan between Minister Sayasat Nurbek and partners of the Lightspeed Venture Partners venture fund. During the meeting, directions for the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of technological innovation and higher education, as well as specific mechanisms for its implementation, were discussed in detail, reports "Modern Education" magazine with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the beginning of the event, the head of the department familiarized the guests with the country's current achievements and strategic priorities. In particular, during the exchange of views, the minister spoke about the allocation of targeted educational grants and the activities of the Astana Hub international technopark for startups. The Kazakh side paid special attention to the fact that today the state is focusing on developing artificial intelligence competencies among young people.
In turn, representatives of Lightspeed Venture Partners presented the company's activities, briefly outlining the geography of partner countries and their key spheres of influence in the global market. Foreign investors particularly emphasized that Kazakhstan is demonstrating high rates of development and expressed sincere interest in establishing close cooperation.
As a result of the meeting, the parties reached a complete understanding. Foreign partners noted that Kazakhstan is currently the most open state for cooperation and represents an excellent, promising platform for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.
