Directions for the development of the modern school

Forming an effective educational environment aimed at nurturing an educated, healthy, spiritually rich and competitive generation by combining national values with the modern requirements of education — such a goal stands before every school in our country.

I work as the director of the communal state institution "General Education School No. 45" of the Astana city akimat. One of the school's main missions is to nurture citizens who love their country, are educated, cultured and responsible. I began my work by determining the direction of the school's development.

My main principle is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of each child, taking into account his or her individual characteristics.

Our school was solemnly opened and began its work on January 27, 2025. Its total area is 24,000 square meters. On the spacious territory there are an academic building, sports grounds, recreation areas and landscaped territories. Large-scale work has been carried out to improve the school territory and enhance security systems.

The school has created all the necessary conditions for students to receive a quality education and for teachers to work effectively. We have 98 classrooms and 4 teachers' rooms. The classrooms are equipped in accordance with modern requirements and are fitted with interactive whiteboards, computers and multimedia facilities.

In the subjects of the natural and mathematical direction, 6 laboratories operate for conducting laboratory work. Modern equipment in the physics, chemistry and biology classrooms allows students to combine theoretical knowledge with practice. This develops students' research skills and increases their interest in the subject.

The computer science classrooms are equipped with the latest computer technology, which makes it possible to improve students' digital literacy and to study information technologies in depth.

The school library has been replenished with new literature, and conditions have been created for free access by students and teachers to the necessary information.

The school has 6 coworking zones. These spaces make it possible to organize joint work of students and teachers, support creative initiatives and implement various educational projects.

The school staff actively uses modern digital technologies in the educational process. All classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards, and digital platforms are widely used in lessons. This increases students' interest in the subject and allows them to assimilate knowledge effectively. In addition, during the period of distance learning, the school's teachers organized online lessons in a quality manner, ensuring the continuity of the educational process.

Educational work is also one of the important directions of the school's achievements. In order to form patriotism, responsibility and moral qualities in students, various cultural, sports and social projects are being implemented.

Every Friday we hold a National Clothing Day, and conditions are created to increase the respect of students and teachers for national culture and to promote the customs, traditions and spiritual values of the Kazakh people. This initiative contributes to the formation of the younger generation as individuals who preserve their national identity and take pride in their culture.

Students of our school actively participate in volunteer actions, charitable events and environmental projects. Such work contributes to the formation of their civic position.

In our school, along with quality education, special attention is paid to developing students' interest in physical education and sports. We consider it an important task to promote a healthy lifestyle and to unlock the abilities of each child.

One of the school's important advantages is its developed sports infrastructure. We have two large and two small gyms. Physical education lessons are held here, and sections in volleyball, basketball, football and other sports are conducted. A sufficient number of gyms allows students to actively engage in sports and to prepare well for competitions of various levels. In the 2025–2026 academic year, our school achieved significant successes.

The achievements are the result of the systematic work of the school staff, the professional mastery of teachers and the students' striving for knowledge.

Throughout the academic year, the school's students actively participated in subject olympiads of various levels, scientific project competitions, creative competitions and sports competitions. Prize places and awards increase students' striving for knowledge and motivate them to conquer new heights.

Our school staff is united, active and competitive not only in the field of education but also in sports. The school's teachers, adhering to a healthy lifestyle, actively participate in various sports competitions and show high results, a high level of unity and professional spirit.

The team of teachers of our school took I place in volleyball competitions among "Schools of the Future." Also, in the team volleyball tournament within the framework of the "Law and Order" campaign, our teachers won II place. In the city volleyball tournament "Elіm dep soqqan zhürek – zheңіske zheter tіrek," organized for Independence Day, the team of teachers showed a high level of play and won I place.

Speaking of individual achievements, the head of the school, demonstrating a special style of play in volleyball competitions, was awarded the title of "Best Player."

In the table tennis Spartakiad organized by the "Nura" district branch of the "AMANAT" party for Republic Day, school teacher Zhandaulet Anara Kanatovna took III place.

In the city stage of Kazakh wrestling, physical education teachers – Armiya Rauan, Ganimat Mukhammed-Ali, Nurgaliyev Yernar, Yesenov Medet – demonstrating high mastery, took III place.

The successful development of the educational institution is also based on establishing close interaction with the parent community. The joint work of the school and parents has a positive effect on students receiving a quality education and on personal development. Through various meetings, seminars and open days, parents actively participate in school life.

The school's achievements are the result of the hard work of teachers, the striving of students and the support of parents. Our team set a high bar of work at the start, and we will continue to work on improving the quality of education, on introducing modern educational technologies and on nurturing educated, creative and responsible citizens.
